We have a beautiful Bichon Frise named Casper. Last week we were outside doing something and had taken off Casper’s collar with his name and number on it. Casper wanders off if he’s outside and then he comes right back. But this time he didn’t. We searched and couldn’t find him, and he didn’t come home that night either. We were just preparing to go to the SPCA and then we got a call from PetLink saying that he had been found.
