Yesterday morning I received a phone call that Jaws had been found. I thought it was a scam but called the number back anyway. It ended up being a completely legitimate call from PetLink. They put me in touch with the person who found him and I gave them a call. Does anyone want to know where Jaws was found? Don’t worry I won’t keep you waiting too long.

Two Wednesdays ago I cleaned out my old car because we were going to drive it down to Maryland (from PA where we live) to trade it in for my new car. Well, Jaws decided at some point to jump in my old car, ride down the ENTIRE way without making a sound, and we unknowingly left him in my old car in MARYLAND! He ran from my car at some point and was on the lam for 12 days. Thank God two kind hearted people found him on their door step last night and took him to the vet to check for a microchip.

I jumped in my car and took the drive down, and the rest is history. Our boy is HOME ❣️

What an amazing story! Jaws is an excellent name, an original for sure. The fact that he went for a ride without making any noise is mind boggling! My cat clings to the headrest and howls the entire time! Thank goodness microchipping has become so common that people know to take found pets for a scan.
