On Saturday my wife took Toby’s collar off since he was scratching at it. On Sunday he somehow got out and when he runs he runs fast. Luckily, someone stopped and he will get in any one’s car so she took him to her daughter’s who is a groomer. Then the groomer called her friend who has a non profit helping strays. Because she had a scanner she was able to identify who he belonged to. If Toby wasn’t chipped, we would have lost him forever. Thanks, PetLink!
