Although Mittens, our black cat, was still in our neighborhood when she was found, I am grateful that her microchip allowed a concerned neighbor to track her and find a way to contact us. Mittens usually returns within an hour or two by herself when she disappears. If she had been truly and thoroughly lost, far away from home, her chip would have still brought her back to us. I believe wholeheartedly in microchipping one’s pets and am grateful to PetLink for your excellent service and prompt response and professional manner. Thank you very much for everything!
