Lucy is FOUND! LA Animal Control phoned to tell me that they may have my Whippet, LucyLu, but couldn’t deliver her to me because where I live was outside their jurisdiction. The officer got me in touch with the finder and kindly followed up to ensure that LucyLu got delivered safely home. Lucy had been hit by a car around midnight … RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE FINDER’S HOUSE!

It provided them with the opportunity to get my phone number through PetLink and confirmed ownership.
