My cat, Barack, loves to go outside and I am happy to let him. One day, though, he was nowhere to be found. I discovered that a neighbor had Barack and was claiming the cat was his. I went to speak to the neighbor at his home and my loving cat came to the door of the place and brushed my legs. I knew instantly that it was Barack. I told the guy that my Barack had a microchip and that I would call the authorities unless the cat was returned.
