I named my dog, Bosco, after the chocolate syrup because he’s dark brown. He’s a runner. It has happened pretty often but usually we catch him before he gets too far. We live near a park so he probably saw a squirrel or a rabbit and went off to chase it. I looked for him in my car, tried all the neighbors and then I just waited. It was a holiday weekend, Memorial Day, and someone found him and took him to a shelter. He was lost on Saturday afternoon and back Tuesday. I got the call from PetLink and went and picked him up. I’m very happy I got him chipped. This was the first time I ever needed to use the PetLink service. I chose it because I worried about him getting away. Usually I always catch him within a couple of minutes but this time it was hours and then days. Thank you PetLink you are the best!
